72hrs later and still waiting...

I have spoken to Chantel Monday who promised a call out for 11am yesterday, then lunchtime, and then before 5pm needless to say that did not happen. This morning I was promised that the technician would be here this morning, alas no one has pitched, ignoring my emails and no one is answering the phones. REALLY BAD customer service!!!
