Absolute shocking and horrible experience. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an answer. The sales person just ignores and does not even try to assist. I am still under debt review, supp**** a letter from attorneys to say they are busy sorting out my debt review. I am good to pay and wanted a chance. I spoke to Dani on the chat and they said I can definitely still apply as long as I can prove I can afford to pay monthly and the letter from attorneys stating that it will be cleared in due course. Cathrine did not even try to assist and said try again in a month.

Quick to take bank charges and debit unlawful debit charges but not so quick to give back. I am not interested in your responses of that you investigating and will get back to me because no one does. I do not want to speak to Nthabaseng as she has no customer/client s****s at all! Please could you reverse the debit order as has always been done when I have had a problem. I have never come across a bank as unhelpful as Absa has become!!! Single mom with limited funds and a sick baby and you cant help me telephonically - pathetic!
Most heartless inconsiderate bank with staff members also refuse to assist! Nthabesing could not assist and fails to even bother to assist. Time to change banks because Absa will do anything but reverse a debit order at least Fnb will reverse a debit order without finding excuses to not do it. I am a single unemployed mother with a very sick little girl but hey why would you care? Get staff who actually are client friendly and will make a plan to assist!!
I am desperately trying to get a debit order reversed and I was told I need to go into the bank. I am a single mom and currently have a sick baby. I have always been assisted telephonically at Randridge Mall and now get refused assistance as the gentleman who helped me is no longer there. Please could someone assist me. It is very difficult going out with a sick baby ?
I have been handed over to Norton Lambrianos and I received my first communication and any sort of contact on the 20th of August, responded and emailed Karin immediately to advise her that I accept what she has sent me and asked if I could pay from October as I am currently unemployed and start working in September and will make a payment from October onwards - no reply whatsoever! Today I got another email and sms stating that if I do not make payment by close of business today I will be summoned. I called in a flat state only to be told I have till Friday to make a payment of R655 and they cannot accept less. I understand I owe money but I have had no prior communication from them or ABSA. I cannot pay till October and even then can only make a payment of R500 a month. I am beyond stressed out, upset, worried and now scared. Please could you assist me that I make a payment directly to ABSA of R500 a month and until I can I will increase it to a bigger amount. I just need to get back on my feet.
R505.00 on bank charges, seriously??? Refund me please or reverse the bank charges as that is unjustified! I will close my account if this is not rectified with immediate effect. Today is the first working day of the billing month and you already STEALING my money which I do not have and definitely cannot afford to pay R505.00 in bank charges
I moved the 31st of August and the guys got there at 7:30 as promised however took there time packing and loading having the occasional meeting to discuss whatever. I paid for an hour upfront. We went to the other house 5mins away from my old house only to go into "overtime". They offloaded heavy boxes in the wrong room even after I told them where to put it, my garden container was not how I asked them to put it and they expected someone who was 6months pregnant at the time to move this which I did as if they care. I said I would pay for the half and hour which is R600. I went into hospital later that weekend only to lose my unborn child and have I been pestered for that R600 only to get a snotty email from the sales manager to his legal department. Well I will make sure that people know what a heartless company you are as well as that your staff do not listen when asked to do something and spend more time talking than doing a paying job. This is not a company to use when you want something done correctly and you want what you are paying for.
<p>I placed an order yesterday at 1pm paid extra for next day delivery only to just be told that the parcel is still in Cape Town. I am sorry but for a first time customer this will be the last time as well. Between your callcentre and your courier company I find the level of customer service unprofessional. I NEEDED that package for tomorrow. I can promise you NEVER again will I use you or refer any of my friends to you.</p>
<p>After being assured by Lamees Japhta that debit orders were stopped on my account, the last money I had in my account was debited on Saturday morning. I have sent Lamees an email requesting this refund however as to be expected I have not had a response. I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY as my Debt Review Company has a payment arrangement with you as I have paid them already! PLEASE give me back my money as I have no money going forward to live and buy food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thieves and liars is what you are!</p>
