SNAIL ON PRODUCE !

I’m really disappointed and concerned with my recent purchase. I bought a large amount of fruit and vegetables, and when I opened a packet of potatoes at home, I found a live snail inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the quality and handling of your produce.

I’ve always shopped here and trusted the quality, so this was very upsetting. I hope the shop takes this seriously and addresses the issue properly.
