Prior to booking my vehicle in for the repairs I requested that they make sure that they have all the parts available and at the workshop. The initial booking day was even postponed with a week to make sure they had all the parts. I was assured that all the parts are there when they took my vehicle on the 3rd October 2022. I was also assured that they would be able to get all done in a week and half seeing that they have all the parts. From this week Monday 17 October I started following up and was told that by Wednesday or Thursday 20 October I would have my vehicle. Today I could also not get any straight answers from them over the phone as it seems like a blame shifting game there, so I drove there to see who can assist me in understanding how a 9 work day job has turned into 3 weeks. I was taken to the workshop manager who showed me the progress on the vehicle. I then understood why my vehicle is not done. It seemed like a "wors machine" in there! The cars just keeps on being booked in and it is clear that the capacity to handle all is not there. And once your vehicle is in, its in. Then you can't do anything but listen to the excuses and blame shifting. I'm not questioning the quality of workmanship, as I'm sure it will be OK, but the client service is not at all what I expected. I will surely not take any vehicle back or refer them to anyone.
