No Electricity for 3 weeks now , that is despite no water for almost 2 months.

2 weeks without electricity, no communication from anyone at the municipality despite multiple attempts to call and email, I am a property investor and have recently bought a house in Venterspos westonaria, but since my new meter was connected , I have been struggling to have electricity supp**** to my property,

Its on then when another contractor comes out , it off and no one can explain or fix the problem .
