On the 31st of December 2021 i logged onto facebook and saw a guy by the name of Russell Harrison advertising a PS5 for sale. I then messaged him around 3pm on the 31st of December to purchase the ps5. He then redirected me to their company called Raocore and said that i have to purchase it through their company online. I then went and did a quick research on the company and saw that the company was registered and everything seemed to check out. I logged in on their website and purchased the ps5 from them and i have sent them a proof of payment via email to ***********. They have confirmed proof of payment and Russell advised me that the estimated time of delivery is 3rd or 4th of Jan which i agreed to. I then asked him for his cellphone number which he then stated i must contact his daughter Ivy via whatsapp for any issues on **********. The next day being new years day we did not communicate much because Russell told me i will receive communication on the Monday with an order confirmation from Raocore which i did. The issues started when they told me that my order is with the courier guy i have asked them for a tracking number to track my order and they provided me with one that did not exist then when i queried it they said they made a mistake and they assured me that it was correct. When i tracked the parcel , that parcel was headed out to polokwane and it was from a totally different company not Raocore. The lady ivy assured me that the parcel is in Durban on the 6th of January 2022 and that i can take my ID and go to the courier guy branch and pick my parcel up on the 7th of Jan 2022. The whole of the 7th went and i received no response as she kept telling me she will let me know when to go there. Late in the evening about 5pm she messaged me saying that the parcel is now with the driver and that she will get it delivered to me which i agreed. The day ended with no responses afterwards nor a parcel. I then stated on the 10th of Jan that i want a refund on my order and both Russell and Ivy stated that the courier guy has been giving them issues and that they will send my item with aramex using same day delivery which i then agreed for them to send the parcel. They told me that my order is with aramex on the 12th of January and will be delivered on the 13th. The 13th came then Russell told me that their timeframe for delivery is 5-10 working days and if its not in by the by 14th i will get a full refund that will take 1-2 working days which i agreed to and then ivy sent me letter stating that the refund will be processed with compensation. I then sent an email on the 17th requesting my refund and then a guy by the name of Lance Naidoo messaged me on whatsapp and said that he saw my email on the Raocore legal group and that he was their directors friend and he identified himself as a detective working in CR swats and then he assured me that he will speak to the director of the company for a refund and he will see whats happening there as this was the first complaint the company ever received. On the 18th when i required about my refund someone by the name of Vivekanada Govender whatsapp me from ********** saying that he is the director of the company and that my order will be prioritised now that i received a message from him. He told me that he was in joburg and that he will fly to cape town to sort things out there and he will personally bring the parcel and deliver it on that Sunday being the 21st. The week went and then i asked him what time can i meet him on Sunday. He stated that he will message. Nothing happened on Sunday because he told me from CPT his going back to Joburg to fetch his car and drive down. Monday the 22nd he messaged me from another number +**********3 saying that while he was going from the airport to his car his phone got lost in the uber so i have been communicating with him on this number here ever since. As the days went by he kept on giving me excuses that he is busy and he will message me when we can meet up as he is busy in PMB and having meetings with staff and his working whole night. Then i got tired of his excuses and asked him for a refund on the 26th of January. He then sent me a proof of payment for R11000 saying that the transaction was approved. It is now 8 days later and i havent received a refund as yet. I got in touch with their online chat on the website on the 31st and i enquired about my refund, a guy indentified as keenan singh told me that the refund has not been authorized and that he will escalate it and it take 1-2 working days to get sorted out as their director vivek needs to approve it or their finance department. When i asked vivek why isnt this refund approved he said he sent it twice and its approved. It is now the 03/02/2022 and i still havent received any refund. Becareful of this guy so called lance guys! He identified himself as a detective to me after sending a long email to SAPS AND THE DA but he infact is running the whole thing there and acted like he was Vivek but infact he is Lance. I urge all you guys to open up cases and if you need evidence feel free to contact me. We need our moneys back and also they need to rot in jail! Now lance does not respond to my messages at all🤣 Even Russell Harrison and Aryan Nakooda had blocked me on FB or deleted their profiles🤣 and ivy just stopped responding a long time ago!. Don't waste your time and money with these guys Russell, Lance and the entire group are all a bunch of scammers. They don't answer calls or respond with proper feedback.Its been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order

Purchased 2 Acer Nitro laptops and I have been thinking twice about using a company for the first time BUT the order went well however I was given different tracking codes. Both laptops arrived on time without any issues and the serial numbers were verified as original devices thus brought me to a good review!
