I did not purchase a vehicle, i have app**** for job, althou i have over 10 years sales experience in another field and not vehicle sales, the sales manager Mr Greg Massey Hicks took the time to respond to my email and was polite and kind! I really appreciate it as it gives me hope in finding a career in the dealership space, i will keep on applying! Thank you Mr Greg👌
I have signed up for a fibre deal 2 years ago through afrihost, i have received updates that metrofibre is not going to build fibre on my road, i logged in on my afrihost clientzone after 2 years to get hosting services for my website through afrihost and noticed an outstanding amount of R249 on my account, so i got in contact with their support and they told me that i need to cancel that metrofibre deal on the clientzone portal which i did, now they want to charge me an additional R1000 for cancellation of a service that i never had🤷♂️😳 my hosting service is now suspended because of their error🤷♂️ so i get in contact with support again and they say that they have received feedback from their accounts department that they will credit the R1000 but i still got to pay R250 for courier services to come and pick up the router, how can i pay R250 on something thats useless to me????? Afrihost should have liaised with metrofibre before sending the router! Its like you sending me a can of baked beans without a can opener

Terrible service. I have placed an order for a PS5 in 2021. Jan2022 is almost over and i have not received my parcel nor my refund. These guys keep on giving excuses. PLEASS BE AWARE GUYS WHEN PURCHASING STUFF HERE. If the prices are too good to be true then you know its not legit.
So i bought 2 x Davidoff perfumes for myself and my wife from superbalist as they were on special for 50% off. The package came and when i opened it the mens box was sealed. The womens one had no plastic around the box and there was full fingerprints all over the bottle. My purchase for these items were R1268. When my wife sprayed her one there was no smell at all. When i opened my one and sprayed it there was a smell but lasted not even 5 mins! The smell was gone and these are designer perfumes!!! I then logged a return on the superbalist app stating that these items were not up to standard as i have the same perfume which i purchased from edgars 2 years ago and the smell lasts the whole day. My return was cancelled and i was instructed that there is no returns and refunds on these items because they were used. Firstly how do i prove that my wifes item came unsealed? Secondly how would i have known that these items would not even last 5 mins??? I have lost R1268 on a purchase which i feel is counterfeit goods. Dont ever buy perfumes from superbalist because they are scam artists who will take your hard earned money with no remorse!!!

This company is the most useless company ever!!! I have MTN shares with them and requested a change of banking details in March 2021!!! They have asked me for certified docs which i sent through in March. I have sent numerous emails and dont even try calling they helpline because their staff are useless, they say they will call you back and never end up doing anything!!! It is now the end of May and its still not done!!! My shares are vesting in June and i cannot do anything about it. Investec is the most useless F#ckn company ever!
I have no internet and landline for the past 3 weeks now!!! These ****ing call centre is useless...i have logged 3 faults! I called them over 10 times!!! They are ****ing unhelpful! It is gone 3 weeks now and still no ****ing technician can come out, everytime i call them they tell me the fault is assigned to a technician but not a single soul came. I spent over R6000 on data this past 3 weeks. They CEO Sipho is another ****ing useless ****! Telkom must close the **** down!!!
I have requested for my tracking service to be moved from my old vehicle to my new vehicle on the 23/06/2020!!!! It is now the 15/07/2020...i even called them so many times and still **** was done about it!!! I will reverse every debit order that i paid monthly for your **** ****n service!!!!
Good Evening To whom it may concern. I have applied for a loan from nedbank and have received the below email. This email was not a very pleasant email as i am banking with nedbank since 2014. Nedbank is my first ever account from the time i started working. Every month my salary goes into my nedbank account since 2014. The below email states that you have to have 3 month bank statement in order to proceed with the loan and because of that my loan was declined. I BANK WITH NEDBAN**** YOU GUYS HAVE ACCESS TO MY MONEY EVERY MONTH!!! SURELY YOU HAVE ACCESS TO PULL A 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT!!! Whoever was assessing my application are clearly not right in their mind! Or clearly doesnt know how to do their job! Or they are highly intoxicated because it is a friday! This is utter nonsense! If i could swear nedbank i would use all different languages but i wont because clearly you dont value me as a loyal customer! I was going to buy a car and i thought nedbank will help me but clearly i was wrong. Nevertheless i applied for the loan from capitec and it is approved. I will pay off my credit card with nedbank and move to FNB. I know losing one customer may not mean anything to a big company like you guys but i will never refer anyone to use nedbank in my life! I am still shocked about the procedure and how you guys do not live up to your values that you brag about! I have never had a problem with nedbank before! But i guess all good things must come to an end.i thought i could rely on my bank to help me achieve something but clearly its just a slogan in the company. With me being a platinum cheque account holder i thought that it helps but its all nonsense lol. Capitec being a smaller bank than nedbank has way better service.
