When querying with Wayne Tregurtha the progress on the rates account he stated he would come back to us and never did. Follow-up queries were ignored. Have to go in and sort it out myself. The sense I get is the only service they offer is to get you to fill in the forms and then submit it on your behalf - no follow-through or follow-up support. That is as far as my experience of their service went.
