MY Electricity swicthed off Illegally.

I live at Woodwind Estate and they have switched off my Electricity for over a week because my account is on arrears. This is illegal as my rent is not linked to my electricity. Raudev developments do not care about their tenant and always practice inhuman acts against their tenants.
