Worst service

My house had cracks for over 3 years now and they still haven’t fixed them. Someone came to my in Woodwind estate to look at the cracks and left the company before fixing, I then called again logged another case a guy called Lotto came and told me they could not fix some of the cracks because they are old but had raised the issue earlier and the first guy the coy. Lotto came and did half job when I phoned to follow up he told that they are waiting for paint that was over an ago . Lotto is always sitting in the counter by our gate and not doing his job. I am tired of following up on him hence I decided to take this route.

I also still have issues with floods and a small gate which complained about but it’s not been attended. I don’t know what kind of a developer fail with such measurement because all gates sizes should be the same but mine is small. I bought a fridge which couldn’t fit I had to ask my neighbor to keep it for me while I wait for sumsung people come to disassemble it assemble which I had to pay. I wonder how was this structure approved. This company doesn’t care about their customers no matter how much you complain they just don’t care
