Bad experience. I ordered via the app. My order has not been delivered. I was told that the order was returned and they will reorder and they confirm the following day. Even today I am still waiting. I also had to fight to get a reoder. It is time consuming to be holding online waiting for someone to assist and when you do get through you still don’t get assisted. They just don’t care
Bad experience. I requested my policy to be cancelled since last month but it hasn’t been cancelled . I phoned many times until finally getting through to someone called Celokuhle Cebisile Sithole she tried to convince not to cancel and when she realize that she is not winning she hang up on me and never called back . I phoned back with no luck.
Worst experience. I have returned goods that I bought online and I was advised that my money will reflect within 14 working days. It’s been almost a month now and went back to the store at centurion mall they phoned head office and they were told that they will send me an email even today no email no money.
I have received the wrong order and your app is not user friendly as it doesn’t have functions to see what you had previously ordered and return policies/ process. The quality of other dress is just bad
I have been trying to call absa activate for the past week but no one answer. I have been holding for more than 40 minutes and they will just drop the call. I need to make changes to the policy
I logged a complaint a week ago and no one has phoned me back. This is my third complaint and this insurance company doesn’t not care. I had a minor accident is now 3 months and I still don’t have my car.
Bad service. My car had minor damages however if has been with the repair for almost three months and my insurance doesn’t car . I always have to make follow up myself no one updates me. I want and I’ll fix it myself because you have failed to do whatever I pay for.
Horrible services. I have been promised to get my car the past three weeks every week there’s a new parts they order. The communication is not effective you have to be the one calling them they don’t give feedback. Last week I have been calling and Kgopalang doesn’t take my calls.Auto and general they are losing me as a client because of these people. These are full of empty promises and they don’t deliver.
Auto&General as a *** insurance. I made a claim over a month ago and had bad experience from first. My accident occurred on 3rd September when a called to ask for towing my experience was bad I wasn’t assisted and had to drive the car damaged from Mpumalanga to Pretoria . My claim process horrible as well. They finally came towed the car to centurion as I live there and next thing the car was at Renew It in green stone , Renew it in greenstone is horrible as well because there’s only when you follow up if you don’t there’s no movement. Last I got an sms that my car is now with Jock’s auto body &dent remover when I followed up they said they don’t my car on their. Where is my car Quto&General . It’s been over a month and my is nowhere to be and not fixed for such a minor damage. I really don’t know what I pay for. Join auto&general at own risk , nobody cares. I’ve been told so many apologies every time I call.
My house had cracks for over 3 years now and they still haven’t fixed them. Someone came to my in Woodwind estate to look at the cracks and left the company before fixing, I then called again logged another case a guy called Lotto came and told me they could not fix some of the cracks because they are old but had raised the issue earlier and the first guy the coy. Lotto came and did half job when I phoned to follow up he told that they are waiting for paint that was over an ago . Lotto is always sitting in the counter by our gate and not doing his job. I am tired of following up on him hence I decided to take this route. I also still have issues with floods and a small gate which complained about but it’s not been attended. I don’t know what kind of a developer fail with such measurement because all gates sizes should be the same but mine is small. I bought a fridge which couldn’t fit I had to ask my neighbor to keep it for me while I wait for sumsung people come to disassemble it assemble which I had to pay. I wonder how was this structure approved. This company doesn’t care about their customers no matter how much you complain they just don’t care
