This Rawson Paulshof team really go out of their way to serve their customers. Professional engagements on Sales and Rentals. Always going the exstra mile. Would recommend them on any Sales and Rental transaction. They also give back to the community by weekly cleaning the streets and supporting the community. Well done Rawson Paulshof.

Never rent with Rawson Paulshof. They hid some fees from me, only to creep them up a couple of months into the rental. I was also promised a couple of days for free since we moved in around 25 December, but all of sudden payments were demanded a few weeks down the line. They still promised to credit me for February, which also fell through. There’s a couple of maintenance issues that we have reported for months and they still haven’t been fixed. I paid my rent on time this month, only to receive a credit alert report sms saying that they have submitted my name and damaged my records. Honestly I don’t even know why I was sent that since I paid and I always make sure to pay my rent online. Then when I called in to enquire about the credit report alert sms, the lady I spoke to (named Sampha - or something along those lines) was very dismissive. Stay away from Rawson Paulshof if you want peace of mind

My experience with Rawson Paulshof has been extremely disappointing. The staff are often rude and dismissive when dealing with tenant queries, and there's a clear lack of professionalism in how they manage issues. After a theft incident where earth cables were ****** from the property — resulting in dangerous voltage fluctuations and damage to appliances — Rawson sent out an electrician. It was determined that the problem was linked to council infrastructure. Despite this, Rawson passed the electrician's invoice on to me, the tenant. When I raised questions about this, they simply stopped responding and quietly added the amount to my rent bill, marking my account as being in arrears — which is unacceptable and dishonest. Communication with Rawson is an ongoing struggle. You constantly have to chase them for updates and responses. For instance, I requested a replacement key and gate remote and followed up several times. After four weeks, their response was simply, “We have a process, and we don’t control our contractors’ schedules.” This level of indifference to basic tenant needs is both frustrating and unprofessional. Rawson Paulshof does not uphold the standard of service one should expect from a property management company, and I would strongly caution potential tenants to consider these issues before engaging with them.

Rawson Properties refusing to pay out our deposit when we were advised that it will be paid out in 2-3 woking days. Nowe we are being advised that we owe 2 months electricity in arrears when we were never advised before and this is not stipulated in our contract. We left the place emmaculate and paid deposit and rent in time every single month
