I am deeply disappointed with the service I received regarding the courtesy car arrangement. I called at exactly 08:00 this morning to follow up on the vehicle that was scheduled to be provided to me by the repairer. Instead of assistance, I was told that I must contact the repairer directly, despite the fact that all prior communication had been managed through the company. The treatment I received from Neo and Keagile was appalling and far below standard. I was taken from pillar to post with no accountability, and even after contacting the repairer myself, I continued to experience the same frustrating runaround. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and support, but instead I was met with poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unnecessary inconvenience.
Never rent with Rawson Paulshof. They hid some fees from me, only to creep them up a couple of months into the rental. I was also promised a couple of days for free since we moved in around 25 December, but all of sudden payments were demanded a few weeks down the line. They still promised to credit me for February, which also fell through. There’s a couple of maintenance issues that we have reported for months and they still haven’t been fixed. I paid my rent on time this month, only to receive a credit alert report sms saying that they have submitted my name and damaged my records. Honestly I don’t even know why I was sent that since I paid and I always make sure to pay my rent online. Then when I called in to enquire about the credit report alert sms, the lady I spoke to (named Sampha - or something along those lines) was very dismissive. Stay away from Rawson Paulshof if you want peace of mind
