Disappointed customer

This company, specifically in Klerksdorp, rented out my property for 9 months; and I was informed that tenants will move out by the 31st of December 2025; today it’s the 25th of January 2026 I still don’t have my house keys!!!

Not to mention that I have R150k water bill from municipality to my name and that are not willing to take responsibility, whereas they were supposedly paying the municipality bill and give me what ever that is left of the rental money.

Now I have no choice but to involve the legal team; if you can try by all means to avoid this company, unprofessional and poor communication from their side!!!
