I bought a house and the keys were handed over in Nov 2016. On the list I stated the power plugs were not tested when the house inspection was done, now the plugs in the main bedroom are not working while the one in the lounge the plug cannot go in no matter how hard you push. The wall between the main bedroom and the shower is getting water damaged, suspicion is a leak from the shower handle. The shower is also not draining water as expected, there are about 10mm of water stuck on the floor till it dries by itself, which never really happens. Been trying to call RBA and there is no redirect number since the company is said to have been liquidated. Can I please get assistance on this.
