Good day I bought a house and the keys were handed over in Nov 2016. On the list I stated the power plugs were not tested when the house inspection was done, now the plugs in the main bedroom are not working while the one in the lounge the plug cannot go in no matter how hard you push. The wall between the main bedroom and the shower is getting water damaged, suspicion is a leak from the shower handle. The shower is also not draining water as expected, there are about 10mm of water stuck on the floor till it dries by itself, which never really happens. Been trying to call RBA and there is no redirect number since the company is said to have been liquidated. Can I please get assistance on this.

RBA is playing with our lives. We have bought our house through them, which was the biggest mistake ever made by a human being. After long fights with them with have finally signed the happy letter in Dec 2016. Even today we still do not have a key to our house. I've been kicked out of where I'm renting because u served a notice already. My child's schooling has been messed up because RBA is taking their time. When u call the call centre the so rude madika tells u rubbish. Same story "no occupancy certificate" meanwhile is a lie the council has issued this long time ago. Today she tells me they are liquidated and I will have to wait for the coming of Jesus to get my key. The most painful part is that Nedbank is taking a lot of money from my pocket to pay interim interests, while I don't even have a house. M******m

Poor "retentions team", call centre keeps forwarding calls to ghost people ie. Dipuo, Madika and Palesa Modise. They just dont want to get involved in fixing errors I reported on the hand over report 26 November 2016. Booked a session to repair "repairs" that were suppossed to be do during December2016. Move in 3 January same story as I left it 26 November 2016. Great way to move your new house.

first of all if you are thinking of buying an RBA hOUSE THINK AGAIN.i have been having roof leaks problems from RBA Homes since i moved into the house and everytime they come they just do a paint job and not really fix a roof leak.i hfirst logged my call in december 2016 via email to Palesa Modise,Madika Tshabalala and Tshepiso Madumo,no response was recieved from those personnel.and i started doing follow up from January 2017 calling their offices and not getting assistance.then on 11 january 2017 i called in and finally got someone from retention (a very rude person) called Dipou.when i tried to put in a call she told me that i am out of warranty and i should speak to my insurance in order to determine who is at fault (fully knowing that i am reporting the same exact issue i had with the roof leak which was not done properly in september 2016 because the roof is still leaking.and surprisingly when i called in december and spoke to Palesa she never alluded to me that i am out of warranty.she told me to resend the query an it will be addressed or a maintenance guy will be sent to my house.now if you really need a house please guys try to buy from a reputable and quality brand.this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and i am considering my options in taking this matter further to court in order to expose the kind of service and quality they claim they offer..
