Standard Bank ***** department lacks communication, a case (7069915944) was opened with the ***** department on the 10th December 2025 however no communication regarding the update of the case has been provided to date. A complaint case (61162536) was opened 2 weeks back and follow up calls were made regarding this matter last Friday the 23rd January 2025 and they still have not called regarding any update. This is week 8 without any feedback or update from Standard Bank digital ***** department. The service is very poor and Standard Bank does not care about their long term clients it is so disturbing.
This is the 8th call I am receiving from this people saying they want Jessica on my phone number: 079 *** 1015, I keep explaining time and time again I am not Jessica yet they don't get it. I don't know which planet these consultants are from or if they don't do due diligence on their customers before calling wrong numbers and harassing them like this, worst part they call at 07:30am in the morning even on holidays. I am not Jessica so can you remove my number from your system as I don't owe you ****!! Use true caller to call your customers before you annoy individuals who know nothing about you next time. You guys are such an unprofessional dept collection company I actually feel sorry for your clients, this harassment is completely out of hand... Call my number again I am handing you over, period!!
I have received my sim card and router order on Tuesday, the RAM courier company asked for my ID and Proof of Residence for RICA purposes. Today is Thursday and the sim card is still not connecting, I've been calling the Supersonic customer care line since Tuesday to get the sim activated only to be transferred from one call to another, after hours of waiting and agents stating my details are not even on their system I still got to no assistance. This service is very terrible...Imagine struggling to get connected 3 days later-how about a normal service call where I'll need assistance months down the line?! At this point I just want to cancel this service and get my refund because the airtime I spend kept on hold on these calls is equivalent to me purchasing my data privately!!!
I am expecting a parcel which is due to be delivered by end of today, 15/07/2021 as on my tracking updates, I went all out to call DHL twice this morning to notify them that I am travelling and they should ensure I get the parcel today. 4 hours later a lady(Thuso) calls me to say I can't receive parcel today because they are only doing 1 batch of deliveries a day. I ask her if it is possible for me to collect it at DHL myself then she says I should re-arrange delivery online... I ask her to guide me she does not even know how to do it. This is a really terrible service, lack of communication and unfulfilled delivery date as promise.
My contract with Telkom has expired in February 2020, its 2 months now and they still keep debiting my account and sending month to month data that I've never agreed on. I told them I am not renewing my contract and it still takes them forever to cancel my expired subscription. This is day light robbery...I want Telkom to reverse my money because I did not renew my contract, I did not have any agreement with them to have a month to month subscription and I did not even use the data they've sent me and I have not requested them to continue sending me data which I've stated on several calls with their agents when they asked me if I want to renew my contract. I have sent several emails requesting their agents to cancel and they just keep sending from one department to another because they still want this cancelation to delay so they keep debiting. I have made a transaction with World remit on Sunday the 8th of December, today is the 16th of December- a week later, the transaction is still not cleared. They have rather cleared the transaction I've made on the 11th of December, still to the same recipient and was cleared the same day. I keep calling their line and they would keep me on hold and say they are still investigating and will provide me with feedback on what their client says, no one got back to me to this day. This is really frustrating because my recipient needs the payment and is now harassing me. The money went off my account already but I don't understand why it takes them forever to clear it on their side. This is a week later and no professional communication has been made. This is by far the worst service I've received.
<p>I lost my phone on Friday,which I had insured with Mtn and when I launched my claim they told me I should email my claim form to their third party insurance company that I didn't even know about since they didn't mention all this when I insured my phone.I've tried to stress the fact that I use the phone for business and can't afford to go any more days without my phone and they said unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it.</p> <p>I sent my claim to 24hour mobility (The insurance company) and they said they will only get back to me after 3 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that this is not fair because as far as I know my phone is insured with MTN and not the 24hour company.Again, why would they take 3 days to get back to me even though they have received all my documents already!</p> <p>I am very disappointed with MTN and their service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I baught a sleigh bed on the 18th of February 2016 and I still have not received it.I went to the store several times and the people keep promising Iies.No communication updates/follow ups,I am always the one who has to call and check the status of my order.The service is terrible!!
I called for a quotation update and the agent promised to call me back, I am still awaiting feedback.I am afraid something might happen and they can blame it on me and find a reason not to cover me while it is mainly because of their poor service.
