Good day I bought a house and the keys were handed over in Nov 2016. On the list I stated the power plugs were not tested when the house inspection was done, now the plugs in the main bedroom are not working while the one in the lounge the plug cannot go in no matter how hard you push. The wall between the main bedroom and the shower is getting water damaged, suspicion is a leak from the shower handle. The shower is also not draining water as expected, there are about 10mm of water stuck on the floor till it dries by itself, which never really happens. Been trying to call RBA and there is no redirect number since the company is said to have been liquidated. Can I please get assistance on this.

Thanks to her my quesry was resolved first thing the next morning.Awesome to the highest level. I signed up for one of your products 2 months ago, I have been debited twice already. I made contact with Outsurance via twitter about not receiving my policy documents. I was then contacted to confirm my details and docs sent by email. The cover effective date on the document is 18/08/2015, which in my view means I haven't been covered all this time and only covered from yesterday. According to Jane my understanding of the content is incorrect as I have paid since June. I understand the payments as my account has been debited, I am questioning the cover date. Since I have been covered only for 2 days, please return all the money debited prior to 18/08/2015 and recalculate my premium for the month of August as I should only pay the prorated amount from 18/08/2015 till end of the month.
