Paid 50% deposit - never received money or pool.

Sad to say, after 4 years + of trying to resolve this matter. I would like to rate POOLS FOR AFRICA a ZERO.

On 2021-12-09, I paid the 50% deposit on a pool. R28 060.00. Date : 04-Dec-2021 Reference Number : PFA21539 - Violet Bay Pool. I send them an email, before the office even open in January, and cancelled the pool. They told me the pool was already made, they will only pay me back once it was sold. I totally understand and agreed to wait on it to be sold. They send me a link of where this pool was offered for sale. It was a terrible swimming pool.

2 Years went buy, and they sold the pool. Note: SOLD. When we talk to the owner, JAAP BRAND himself, he said that they sold it to a bad buyer. As soon as they get their money from the buyer, they will pay me back. The fact that they sold it to a bad buyer got nothing to do with me. Who they sold it to, is their own transaction and got nothing to do with me.

Still till today, I am waiting on my money. Conveniently the owners changed or what ever their excuse is.

I am suppose to just walk away, so they stole my money and I never received my pool. I even asked to send me then a pool, I will pay the rest in, that way I didn't lose all the money. They didn't even answer me on their promotion that I asked for a pool then to be replaced.

I was more than lenient. Years went come and go.

Never ever do business with these people. They ***** your money. I have proof will be more than happy to send it to anyone that can help me get my money back.
