Sad to say, after 4 years + of trying to resolve this matter. I would like to rate POOLS FOR AFRICA a ZERO. On 2021-12-09, I paid the 50% deposit on a pool. R28 060.00. Date : 04-Dec-2021 Reference Number : PFA21539 - Violet Bay Pool. I send them an email, before the office even open in January, and cancelled the pool. They told me the pool was already made, they will only pay me back once it was sold. I totally understand and agreed to wait on it to be sold. They send me a link of where this pool was offered for sale. It was a terrible swimming pool. 2 Years went buy, and they sold the pool. Note: SOLD. When we talk to the owner, JAAP BRAND himself, he said that they sold it to a bad buyer. As soon as they get their money from the buyer, they will pay me back. The fact that they sold it to a bad buyer got nothing to do with me. Who they sold it to, is their own transaction and got nothing to do with me. Still till today, I am waiting on my money. Conveniently the owners changed or what ever their excuse is. I am suppose to just walk away, so they stole my money and I never received my pool. I even asked to send me then a pool, I will pay the rest in, that way I didn't lose all the money. They didn't even answer me on their promotion that I asked for a pool then to be replaced. I was more than lenient. Years went come and go. Never ever do business with these people. They ***** your money. I have proof will be more than happy to send it to anyone that can help me get my money back.
If you press the panic button, a computer call you and ask if you have an emergency. If so, please press 1. Who can listen to a computer in an emergency and press whatever number they need you to press? If you want a computer to safe you life, stick with tracker. Terrible service!!! Rather say - No service at all. Wish I read Hellopeter before I do this installation. I wish to give a ZERO star rating. That would be best appropriate. If you ever need a service, tracker is your last option. For 10 minutes I tried every number I have on tracker. At last I needed to call the ER line to speak to someone that can help on my account. Then I asked to change the debit order to EFT payments, but she refuses to help me because there is a amount outstanding that I told her, I just paid that. I asked her to call me then tomorrow, yet again she told me that my request will be denied. Very frustrating!!! THEN she told me the number on the invoice is incorrect I should not call that number. Why even bothering put the number on the invoice then? Useless money down the drain.
Specific Kimberley Northern Cape dispatch depot, deliver to Jan Kempdorp. I received my goods perfectly on Saturday. Driver called and wanted directions, no problem. On Saturday he told me a different driver will deliver Monday. Monday morning early I received sms like always, out for delivery and I wait all day. At 16.51pm I received an sms, that they could not reach me, delivery is rescheduled. Yesterday 14.26 again they send email with :Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule. I tried calling the branch in Kimberley, no answer. I called head office and talked to Russell and he said if I don't get a hold of Kimberley, he won't either. I finally got a hold of Kimberley office at 15.54 and then the lady told me it's not my fault, it's theirs? They load it on the wrong truck? Some lame excuse. And not a word again. No sms today, no delivery is scheduled? No answer at Kimberley office. Terrible service. Very unhappy!
