I have previously had excellent service and paid the day of invoice. They had to come back 3 times to find the source of water damage and should have found the issue before it became even bigger and caused a lot of ceiling damage. They have the facts wrong about opening a box for the piping to be inspected and the fact they failed at seeing the hole the first time is being charged to my account. I told them about marks on a downstairs ceiling and opened the piping box in my upstairs bathroom, more than that I couldn’t s**** feed them to do their job properly. I just expect a humble acknowledgement that they missed the source of the water and they will carry just their invoice. I could sue them for ceiling damage too.
