Poor customer service

On behalf of my mom who has an account with RCS , I called them to find out the balance on her account and the run around I have been given is unbelievable. My sister also went through the same problem with them as they demanded that my incapacitated mother should call herself and she informed them this person is not well and hence we are calling all shops she has accounts with to pay the remaining balance.

Can someone more compassionate and intelligent please call me and assist in this issue.
