I had a few issues with wheels on a classic Mercedes Benz. Frans and Chris went out of their ways to resolve, what was a minor issue that became a major issue.Their handling of my problems and customer service are out of the top drawer. Thank You Renu-A-Mag for outstanding quality control ( that Identified the big problem) and outstanding service --- Beers on me !!!

<p>Well we gave in 4 x mags on the 06/02/2017. Every time I call to get feedback on the mags, the guy who knows about the mags is not availible. If I call on his cell there is no answer. I know they have a business and that they might be busy but really I'm a client aswell and need to know whats going on with the mags. I am really not happy with the service and feels that how can your run a business when no one calls back and you are not allowed to speak to the big boss or get his number. Wow is he to important to just tell the client what is happing with the mags and get it over and done with. Like I said I'm not happy.</p>

I took my Audi A3 to the company to get a quote from them to repair my mag wheels. The service was excellent Natasha helped me with all the detail and kept me up to date with the progress of my repairs. Just want to say thank you for her service. And the repair team did a fantastic job regarding the repair of my mag wheels. THANK YOU
