I had a few issues with wheels on a classic Mercedes Benz. Frans and Chris went out of their ways to resolve, what was a minor issue that became a major issue.Their handling of my problems and customer service are out of the top drawer. Thank You Renu-A-Mag for outstanding quality control ( that Identified the big problem) and outstanding service --- Beers on me !!!
This Company and its owner are a wannabe vehicle wrapping Company that have been tenants of mine since January and NOT PAID rent for 4 months. The owner is a Zimbabwean with a temporary residents permit and has already fled his rental property in Kyalami with outstanding rent been paid and damages. I have been to the premises in Wynberg numerous times to try to collect rent but he avoids me. On three occasions I have met irate clients waiting for him to complain about abysmal workmanship on their cars. Just last week I arrived ( to erect Rental signs) to be met with a huge argument between the owner and a customer whose new Mercedes had been extremely poorly wrapped. Police were involved. This message is to warn any person wanting to do business or rent property to this company to run for cover. I have paid more in lawyers fee's than what is owed in rental to get this of this despicable man.
I have had nothing but excellent service from German Autohaus -- Edgar and Walter. They are very knowledgeable and we are all passionate about older Mercs. They are no nonsense guys and and get to the point so may seem bit blunt but hey!! They are excellent as is their workmanship
The telephone interview takes forever and you are compelled -- on the phone to accept the rems and conditions even though you have no clue why and what you are agreeing to. Also you give the consultant all your details and they still get the spelling incorrect !!! Ia asked for an annual payment rate. I was told this is impossible and Was forced to take a debit order otherwise I cannot get the cover. This is ridiculous as I AM YOUR CLIENT AND YOU SHOULD AFFORD ME THIS OPTION
I signed up with RSAWEB for a fibre promo and at the end of month one, I was advised that the promo price ends as at the end of May and the price goes up to R655.00. I *****ed to them but they say " its in the contact you signed " -- I am sure they are right !! -- somewhere in the friggin fine print !!! I cancelled immediately as I think RSAWEB is unethical. I will pay your penalty for Octotel installation and other ****ty costs you're demanding RSAWEB but be assured that every person I know will hear this story in Cape Town.
My wife's Mercedes GLC had an issue whilst the was en route to Sedgefield on Tuesday the 29th of March. I advised her to go the STANMAR MOTORS in George as maybe, just a remap was needed. When she arrived (30th) nobody seemed to care and she was told that they cannot help her immediately and she must bring the car back first thing the next morning. She did at 07H00. At 16H00 they called her to tell that the knock-sensors were faulty and that she should not drive the car back to Jo'Burg. On Friday, April 1st, they called to say that they did not have the parts and that they would have to get them from Mercedes - which should be there on Monday. Oh, and we do not work on Saturday so up yours!! She requested a vehicle to use - they said that they did not have. My wife then arranged to fly her and her grandson back to Jo'burg ( at her own expense ) and that STANMAR Motors would truck her car to her in Johannesburg by Thursday the 7th of April. The car was only collected on Friday the 8th and on Monday the 11th -- the car was in East London but nobody could tell her where it was or when it would be in Jo'burg. I phoned to speak to Mr Matthews ( Dealer Principle) but he was in a meeting so I was put through to the G.M. Heino Schmidt. We had a blunt talk about this matter but he could not enlighten me further. I asked why my wife had not been offered a replacement car under her motor plan guarantee. He said he would look into it and respond. he did on the 11th, late afternoon. A car would be organised for today -- 12 April. I called but he was unavailable. My wife called and was advised that " they had requested a car but rather, she should call Mercedes Assist" REALLY !!! So, I called MERCEDES BENZ head office to speak to someone senior but I was directed to "Customer Complaints " I told the lady my issue and asked her to direct my call to the After Sales Director. She could not do this because I needed to follow protocol and " log a complaint" . REALLY !! Well ---- that was not going to happen because nothing had happened for 13 days so why would me logging compliant serve any purpose ? I told the callcentre lady that this was not helping and that I would rather contact hellopeter, because then someone will jump up and down. Simply put -- shocking service and too many "systems" in place that are pointless and time consuming. STANMAR MOTORS you are simply -- useless.
Adendorff Meadowdale. Order placed online and when I arrived ( after being told its ready to collect) it had not even been picked. 35 minutes later I left. Its chaos in there with people shouting instructions at others, staff not managed and a no structures in place. Staff need tensioning up !!! The screaming of instructions from Counter staff to other staff, all over the warehouse, is not how business is done. No Management in sight - or if there is, they should be fired. Never Again !
Superb service from Adam and the staff at A&K Motors. !st Prize when your car is out of motor plan. Great service at respectable prices.
I object to Checkers only allowing their special pricing to Xtra Saving Card holders. I have shopped at Edenvale Hyper for umpteen years now. I do not want all these cards now on offer as my wallet is not capable of holding every shop special cards. My money is a good as any cardholders --
A rip off !! It states collect invoices and take them to Ferrari kiosk. You get one entry per R500 spent. We went for the morning played 10 pin, shopped a bit and had lunch. When we eventually found the Ferrari kiosk ( hidden in the casino) they refused our tickets because they had “ no bern stamped by the vendor) no where does it say anything about getting invoices stamped. I tore up the invoices and left — #CONJOBFERRARI
