I have cancelled the contract in beginning of November, I got the ref number to say that this contract will stop at the end of November. Now the debit order went off and MTN doesn't come back to me, I want the money back and contract to stop. Poor service really
In July we experienced problems with the speed point that didn't want to do banking when a card is being swiped. FNB gave us a new speed point. I tried to swipe a fleet management card, error appeared where the speed point tells me card not allowed. After countless calls and emails, the FNB consultant informed me that there is no link between the different bank for the fleet management system. We did not ask anyone to remove the links for the Fleet managements. I have been having this problem since end of August. No one is willing to tell me the truth about why the fleet cards aren't working. I refuse to fill in forms again to add the link for the fleet cards to work again, I didn't stop the fleet cards link . I want the fleet cards to work again . I am fed up with this now.
<p>Well we gave in 4 x mags on the 06/02/2017. Every time I call to get feedback on the mags, the guy who knows about the mags is not availible. If I call on his cell there is no answer. I know they have a business and that they might be busy but really I'm a client aswell and need to know whats going on with the mags. I am really not happy with the service and feels that how can your run a business when no one calls back and you are not allowed to speak to the big boss or get his number. Wow is he to important to just tell the client what is happing with the mags and get it over and done with. Like I said I'm not happy.</p>
