Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely horrible experience! My advice, don’t bother, find an alternative! Firstly when we arrived, 4 group of ladies, sleeping 2 each booking, the one room was infested with ****roaches, I’m talking literally everywhere, showers, taps, bathroom walls, small and big, in our room on the floor literally everywhere. I lived from my suitcase which suitcase was always in my car. Second room, my friend was up all night, fighting bed bugs and insects. The place looks deceiving on pictures but it is absolutely disgusting once you are there. Lastly, the staff itself, oh my word, such attitude and lack of professionalism. The latest now is that they are withholding our deposits for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! They have said so themselves on messages and now they are ignoring our WhatsApp messages! What a joke of a place! And they know people who book there live far hence we can’t always follow up or go there directly!
