Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely horrible experience! My advice, don’t bother, find an alternative! Firstly when we arrived, 4 group of ladies, sleeping 2 each booking, the one room was infested with ****roaches, I’m talking literally everywhere, showers, taps, bathroom walls, small and big, in our room on the floor literally everywhere. I lived from my suitcase which suitcase was always in my car. Second room, my friend was up all night, fighting bed bugs and insects. The place looks deceiving on pictures but it is absolutely disgusting once you are there. Lastly, the staff itself, oh my word, such attitude and lack of professionalism. The latest now is that they are withholding our deposits for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! They have said so themselves on messages and now they are ignoring our WhatsApp messages! What a joke of a place! And they know people who book there live far hence we can’t always follow up or go there directly!

Amazing “God sent” Gentlemen

I had an issue with my battery; I would switch off my car and on random days, it just wouldn’t start. I took it to battery centre in Benoni, 34 Miles Sharp Road and the two gentlemen helped me so quickly and without issue. They tested my battery, found that it was too low. They gave me their battery for 24 hours while they tested mine and the next day without hesitation told me it was faulty and I was given a brand new battery as per my warranty. I didn’t have any paperwork to prove when I purchased my battery from them but through time stamping their batteries, they were able to tell me I was still within warranty. They didn’t try hassle me or cheat me into buying a new battery simply because I didn’t have the paperwork anymore (and as a female, trust me, many have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars). Honestly one of the best services I’ve ever received and I will never forget it. Thank you so much to the two gentlemen.

WORST SERVICE OF NOTE!!

Hyundai as a brand is a somewhat reliable car. That is until you start to experience problems with the car, then you will find yourself getting the worst service from literally everyone!! I have an issue with my navigation system and with the right side indication light. I have been sent around to several Hyundai dealerships, each dealership saying they don’t know what the problem is and maybe the next will know. Then I finally find one person at Hyundai Boksburg who says they have an idea of what the problem could be. I take my car in and suddenly I’m out of warranty so the issue with the navigation system can’t be fixed. Mine you this is a long standing reoccurring problem. Also not to mention I left my vehicle at the dealership at 07:30 and only at 14:00 when I call to find out the progress am I now suddenly told about the warranty issue. Who would’ve called me and told me had I not enquired myself? As for the light indication, I was told at Hyundai Meadowdale that it is a wiring issue but they can’t fix it because it happens only when the car has heated up and if they attempt to put a claim for it, the big bosses would reject it. The customer service is absolutely terrible! They are more focused on calling us to trade in our vehicles than actually making sure we are happy with the ones we currently have!! Why in the world would they think I’d trade in with them after such appalling service!!!
