I am extremely disappointed with Reacomp Meter Readers’ careless handling of electricity meter readings. Due to their negligence, the meter reading for Unit 28 was wrongly recorded under my unit (Unit 12, Sandown Hills) for two consecutive months, resulting in incorrect electricity bills.
This mistake has serious financial consequences, as I have been overcharged for electricity I did not use. Despite providing clear evidence, including:
A photo taken on 20 March 2025, showing the correct meter reading (5846.8). Multiple follow-ups with Reacomp and the property management company. The issue remains unresolved, and I continue to receive incorrect bills. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. If I had not checked the records myself, this overcharging could have continued unnoticed.
I strongly urge Reacomp Meter Readers to take responsibility for their errors, correct the billing mistakes immediately, and ensure this does not happen again. If the issue is not resolved, I will escalate the complaint to regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.
I do not recommend their services unless they can demonstrate accuracy and accountability in their operations.
