Went to real beds Cresta on Friday did an application with them the manager Jantjies said he I should get feedback before COB that day.... He then sent me a screenshot of my application being escalated to his Manager then understood that it was almost the end of the day which means I'll get feedback on Saturday. No communication on Saturday I had to call them myself and Jantjies said his still waiting for his Manager to get back to him. It's Monday now and I still haven't heard from him or the "manager"

I would like to formally complain about the delivery experience I had with Real Beds Boksburg The sales process was excellent. I appreciated the verification call and felt confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, the delivery experience completely undermined that positive impression. The delivery driver claimed he was lost, which I understand can happen. However, he then insisted that the street name differed from what was on his delivery receipt. I provided my ID, which matched exactly with the name on the receipt. This was apparently still not sufficient. The store contacted the driver directly to confirm he was at the correct address. The sales representative even gave me his personal number, which the driver confirmed was correct. Despite all this verification, the driver still refused to deliver the bed. I eventually went inside due to exhaustion from standing in the sun and left my son with the driver, as he said he was waiting for approval from his boss. Without saying a word, the driver drove off. When I later called him to ask why he left, he gave no valid reason. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I understand the importance of confirming delivery details, but when every possible form of proof was provided and communication from the store confirmed the delivery, driving off without explanation is unacceptable and unprofessional. If I am paying for a service, I expect respectful communication and efficient customer service. This experience has made me seriously question whether I should proceed with this purchase or take my business elsewhere.

Terrible service. I made 8 phone calls to Wonderboom shop to follow up on my payment for a mattress I bought. No updates from staff or any calls from the staff giving me feedback on progress to the purchase I made. They were quick to take my money but did not bother to do any follow up on progress with their finance department.

I purchased a King size bed from the Randburg branch. Apon delivery and their driver leaving, i noticed a disgusting odor coming from the bed. The branch was immediately contacted to collect the bed and give me a refund. It surprisingly took them two days to collect while I was inconvenienced to close off the room from the rest of the house on account of the rotting odor coming from the bed. I was promised a refund within 7 days. To my disgust, it's been two weeks and I have not received any refund. From the unprofessional manner and lack of communication and excuses, it seems as though this company has financial issues and is unable to refund me. Please be very careful of this company.

I purchased a King size bed from the Randburg branch. Apon delivery and their driver leaving, i noticed a disgusting odor coming from the bed. The branch was immediately contacted to collect the bed and give me a refund. It surprisingly took them two days to collect while I was inconvenienced to close off the room from the rest of the house on account of the rotting odor coming from the bed. I was promised a refund within 7 days. To my disgust, it's been two weeks and I have not received any refund. From the unprofessional manner and lack of communication and excuses, it seems as though this company has financial issues and is unable to refund me. Please be very careful of this company.

I hate the fact that I still have to give them a 1 start rating when they actually deserve a zero start for their bad service, bad communication and lack of accountability. On the 30th of August 2024, I made a layby on a grey Amelia headboard with a rough fabric finish for a queen-sized bed. On the 29th of November 2024, I paid off the remaining balance and was informed that delivery would take place the following day. I then advised the salesperson, Jaantjie, that my address had changed and requested to provide the correct details. Jaantjie assured me that I would receive a call on the morning of delivery to confirm the address. However, no delivery was made on the 29th of November, and I was not contacted. On Monday, the 9th of December, I made multiple attempts to contact the store using the number listed on Google, but I was unable to get through. I eventually called another branch, which provided me with the correct number for the Cresta branch. Upon contacting the store, I spoke with the manager, who apologized for the lack of communication and assured me that delivery would take place over the weekend of the 14th/15th of December. On Wednesday, the 11th of December, I visited the store in person and saw the headboard I had ordered on display. When I inquired why delivery had been delayed despite the item being in stock, I was informed that the headboard on their system was recorded as a double bed size. I explained that this was a mistake, as I had ordered a queen-sized headboard. The staff assured me they would correct the error in their system and deliver the correct item that weekend. On the 14th of December, I contacted Jaantjie around 11:00 AM to follow up on the delivery. He requested that I send my address to him via his personal cell number, which I did. Later, around 2:49 PM, I called him again, and he assured me the driver was on the way. When the delivery was finally made at 4:30 PM, I was dismayed to find that it was the wrong headboard—a queen-sized headboard that did not match my original order. Upon raising the issue with Jaantjie, he initially insisted that this was the correct item but later apologized, admitting the mistake. He asked me to visit the store again so that they could rectify the order. The delivery driver, however, insisted on leaving the incorrect headboard at my residence, promising to collect it later once the issue was resolved. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received. It is clear that there has been a significant lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process. Furthermore, I feel that there was an attempt to mislead me into accepting an incorrect item. Given the circumstances, I no longer wish to proceed with this purchase. I kindly request that you process a full refund for the headboard and arrange for the immediate collection of the incorrect item currently occupying space in my home.

After going to 2 other businesses looking for a King Size bed and neither of them actually listening to me in terms of my maximum budget amount, I then finally went to Real Beds Cresta. There I was greeted by the manager, Elandre Botha. I told him what I wanted and what I could spend being a pensioner. He listened, showed me two options both meeting my budget and I selected what I wanted. The deal was done. He had it delivered to me on the day promised, and both Elandre and his delivery team were exceptional. I highly recommend them is you are looking for a new bed. Absolutely amazing experience.

This has to be the most infuriating spam company I ever came across. I don't know where they got my number, but they keep sending SMS every day. I have tried to block them and opted out but the messages keep on coming!!! Your life is going to become hell once they have your number. I will NEVER buy a bed from them!!!
