HiFi Corp Cresta never disappoints they always give exceptional service everytime I purchase something there. Tebatso one of the guys on the floor WOW I'm very lucky to always be served by him. From sales to his customer service is out of this world.
Went to real beds Cresta on Friday did an application with them the manager Jantjies said he I should get feedback before COB that day.... He then sent me a screenshot of my application being escalated to his Manager then understood that it was almost the end of the day which means I'll get feedback on Saturday. No communication on Saturday I had to call them myself and Jantjies said his still waiting for his Manager to get back to him. It's Monday now and I still haven't heard from him or the "manager"
Worst experience ever 😪 Did an application with finchoice on 19 December 2025 for mobi money and a 6 months loan, documents were processed on the 22nd December 2025. Documents were verified on the 22nd of December 2025. Till date 06 January 2026 I haven't received no correspondence whatsoever from them. My biggest concern is that I even approved both debi-check mandates on my banking app. I've tried getting hold of them with no luck even tried the whats app portal which wasn't very helpful.
I went to WILD FALCON SPUR yesterday and I received the most horrible treatment because I was paying with a voucher. Upon arrival the lady was in a rush because clicks was closing and wanted to go there, then validate my vouchers and she asked someone else to take the order. The guy wasn't interested in taking the order and asked his manager Busi to take my order. When i place my order with Busi she didn't ask if I wanted chips/rice with my order, I brushed that off and let it be then my order came and nobody asked me if it was a sit in or takeaway they automatically assumed it was a takeaway. After a long day I really didn't have the energy to be asking question so I walked away and had my food in the parking lot. The main reason for such treatment was simply because I was using my vouchers that I accumulated because my family and I visit spur regularly. I was very disappointed that if you not paying with cash or card that warrants the wild falcon spur to treat you as if you not paying.
