**** REAL ESATE COMPANY!

Rienie from Pretoria East branch is the agent that advertised the property at The Blyde. After paying deposit of R8000 and signing a lease. 5 days before I am supposed to move in, Rienie tells me that I will no longer be moving in because the landlord has decided to extend the lease with the current tenant for a year. WOW. This is another level on false advertising

Rienie then says the company will refund me and 3 days later I still havent recieved my deposit back. When I ask for proof of payment, they will not send it it me claiming that they are still requesting it from the bank. Their finance girl Sandi was extremely rude on the phone and claims that because they bank with FNB and I bank with standard bank it takes a minimum of 3 days. ***.

Do not give yourself a headache dealing with this agency. They are a bunch of ******! What an absolute nightmare
