Rienie from Pretoria East branch is the agent that advertised the property at The Blyde. After paying deposit of R8000 and signing a lease. 5 days before I am supposed to move in, Rienie tells me that I will no longer be moving in because the landlord has decided to extend the lease with the current tenant for a year. WOW. This is another level on false advertising Rienie then says the company will refund me and 3 days later I still havent recieved my deposit back. When I ask for proof of payment, they will not send it it me claiming that they are still requesting it from the bank. Their finance girl Sandi was extremely rude on the phone and claims that because they bank with FNB and I bank with standard bank it takes a minimum of 3 days. ***. Do not give yourself a headache dealing with this agency. They are a bunch of ******! What an absolute nightmare
Absolute pathetic services from Makro. bought a TV online (Wed 27th) and on Friday they called to say that they will deliver on Saturday (30th). It was not delivered nor did they communicate with me that they were no longer delivering that day. On Tuesday (2nd Dec) they call me again to arrange for delivery the next day. Today (Wednesday) they call me to say that the TV will no longer be delivered and that they will have to reschedule for the 3RD TIME!!! THIS IS MADNESS and what a disappointment. Never Again will i buy from Makro, TAKEALOT and other online stores are never as incompetent as Makro. I have bought the same TV from Takealot! Makro and its poor/no communication and fake delivery commitments!
Still no progress with MTN INSURANCE! tired of your nonsense! So, MTN insurance and I concluded that they would pay me Cash in lieu of R22K, since they could not replace my iPhone 256GB device. They took forever to send me the cash in lieu claim for that I requested repeatedly, since yesterday! Finally, I have sent them all my documents and they tell me that payments are only done on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday which must be submitted before 12pm. I then I submitted at 12:15 because they were delaying the process so that I won’t get paid on time. So, I guess they got what they wanted. Now they tell me that they will only process my payment of R22683.51 NEXT WEEK TUESDAY! How the hell am I supposed to travel this without a phone because of your slow staff incompetent staff???! Can I just move on with my life with what you owe me instead of me chasing you around like a bunch of headless chickens? MTN insurance is a fraud! You guys are thieves and liars and I regret ever getting insurance with you! I will make it known that you are pathetic time wasters. PAY ME BACK MY ****EN MONEY!
I had an iPhone X 256GB, It fell into water and would randomly glitch. After about 20minutes the phone then died out. I took the phone to the iStore Cresta Mall and they told me that they do not repair water damaged phones. To my surprise, apple advertised the phone to stay under water for 30minutes, 1m deep. How can you advertise and seduce people to buy a phone when you know very well that it cannot handle water, and tell us that you can’t fix it when something like that goes wrong? Instead the store offered me a replacement device that is 80% of the value of the phone? Like why not just buy a brand new one??? Do not waste your money on the iPhone X series. It is a lie. The company is a fraud and will not take responsibly when you need help with the service . So disappointed in Apple. This was my first buy and DEFINITELY will be my last! Sony and Samsung, I’m coming back home.

Hi, I still have not received any solid feedback as to when i will be getting the phone. This whole process is extremely frustrating. Seems like I have to wait over a month for anything to happen. I don't have time for that! On Friday 25th Jan, you people then said I would get the iPhone XS 256GB as a replacement only to tell me on Tuesday 29th Jan that the supplier does not have stock. I am supposed to travel on Sunday 3rd Feb for 3 months and cannot go overseas without my phone, very disappointed that this MTN insurance does not give a **** to even temporarily replace me with a device while they wait for stock to "arrive". Like, what is the point of even insurance, paying you monthly and you cannot deliver what you promised. Instead, you delay the whole process with lies and false adverts! Pay me out the R26000 insured value of the phone so I can go buy it myself! I AM ****EN TIRED OF YOUR LIES MTN!
Hi, I lost my phone (iPhone X 256G) On the 12th of January, and submitted my claim and paid everything by Monday the 21 Jan. Expecting my new phone to arrive by Wednesday 22nd, I then called MTN to ask how far my claim is and when i will be receiving a new phone. Since Monday, i have been calling them everyday and all they say is that their supplier which is Clearwater iStore "APPARENTLY DOES NOT HAVE STOCK" It is Friday today, and I was at the iStore Clearwater yesterday to look for an alternative phone to use (can't go into the 3rd week without a phone, now can I?" and they notified me that they do have ALL iPHONE X's in stock! So MTN, What is the lie for? I pay a lot of money every month for my cellphones insurance which MTN promises to deliver a service. There is no need to continuously lie to your customers to delay the process for what ever reason. #liesmustfall Please sort this out!
