Unprofessional and Disappointing Service

I had a very unpleasant experience with Realty1. The tenants mismanaged my property and failed to communicate effectively throughout the process. Despite clear agreements, they did not fix damages as promised, leaving essential repairs undone. The new tenants could not load electricity tokens because of the previous tenants unsettled meter bill, whereas Realty1 said it was settled. To make matters worse, they suggested I contact the previous tenants to address issues that were completely unacceptable to a professional agency that was entrusted with managing my property.

Their lack of accountability and disregard for client concerns is deeply disappointing. As a property owner, I expected them to act as a reliable partner, but instead, their actions caused unnecessary frustration. I cannot recommend Realty1 to anyone seeking professional property management services.
