think twice before joining this company

I'm quite disappointed with the service i have received from Rebirth Legal. after i struggled with getting a consultation that i already paid for . after complaining i received a call from Smangele who told me what i already knew that my credit score is not bad and that there is a default.

In order to get it removed i will need to pay about R 6500 or i can even opt to do it myself. she told me she will discuss my complaint with her staff and i must whatssap her a screen shot of my proof of payment and documents sent as she did not receive same. she said i can WhatsApp her once i made a decision on how to proceed . i already made a decision and wanted to inform her .to my surprise , the WhatsApp number she stated was her number, did not work at all.

is this the kind of service they provide for their clients?

think twice before joining this company . its unfair to pay so much money and get this type of service.
