Rectron is not worth doing business with

I have been trying to get through to the Rectron Technical Service counter for four days. They take forever to answer calls at Rectron. If they answer and manage to put one through to the Service counter, one of three things happen: 1. The call gets cut off. 2.You hold on and no one answers 3.The call is returned to the switchboard where they take a message - and no one calls back Useless service
