Bought Ups in Nov 2022 , went faulty in May 2023. Took it to Rectron in Koeberg Rd Milnerton Cape Town , got told I'd have to wait 7 days till someone can look at it , fair enough....it's been a month later no phone call or email from the Company . I phoned about 2 weeks back to follow up and was told part is on order , this is such poor after sales service , I demanded the unit be replaced , I was put on hold then line went dead. I phoned again today 23rd June was put on hold, eventually I phoned Rectron Jhb thinking a Head Office would be more efficient bit had same experience....on hold for different apparent Managers...I've refereed so many of my Clients to Rectron and Family bought from them....I will never recommend this Company due to their VERY POOR after Sales Service...DONT SUPPORT RECTRON!!
