Poor Tourist Restuarant Experience
#kaapstadtbrauhaus Waterfront ....Decided to spoil my Son on his bday after boat ride to some Traditional German food , think twice , after 1hr30min waiting sons pizza arrived cold and tasteless , we still never got our food so we left , never to return again , for an International Tourist Restuarant I told the Manager it's sadly missing , I think he should have been more hands on than having a "fat chat" with table inside and rather checking on his other patrons , next time I will listen to my Son and go to the Spur!#disappointed#frustrated

Un-Supreme Cabinets Langebaan
From no on-site pre-inspection to changing design to their own liking , very poor to no Customer Communication , poor finishes , Disgusting Attitude , incorrect installation of built in oven causing sweating due to no ventilation even though it was requested on more than one occasion , not a single apology but bullying tactic demanding their last 30% payment before completion which we refused till all was correctd or atleast to a point that we had to accept ..... It is sad how some Companies have little to no Customer Experience or Ethics but are quick to demand!

Fibre Technical Issue
Been without Fibre/Internet since Saturday afternoon 29 July , technical issue escalated now about 8 times with Vodacom no one gets back to a person....Cannot work efficiently without internet....very poor service!!!NOT RECOMMENDABLE@vodacom @vumatel

Rectron POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
Bought Ups in Nov 2022 , went faulty in May 2023. Took it to Rectron in Koeberg Rd Milnerton Cape Town , got told I'd have to wait 7 days till someone can look at it , fair enough....it's been a month later no phone call or email from the Company . I phoned about 2 weeks back to follow up and was told part is on order , this is such poor after sales service , I demanded the unit be replaced , I was put on hold then line went dead. I phoned again today 23rd June was put on hold, eventually I phoned Rectron Jhb thinking a Head Office would be more efficient bit had same experience....on hold for different apparent Managers...I've refereed so many of my Clients to Rectron and Family bought from them....I will never recommend this Company due to their VERY POOR after Sales Service...DONT SUPPORT RECTRON!!
