Misleading and false prices online, bad customer service

Yesterday I ordered a couch online priced at R12999 today when I went in-store to pay for the couch I was told that it is actually R29999. I find this unacceptable because when you make a purchase online the prices should be correct. Other businesses would try to meet a customer halfway to sort out the issue as the error is on the business's side. They mislead customers and that is not fair. I drove to their shop for nothing really disappointing. They could have offered me the couch as per their website.
