Delivery delayed and no communication after escalating so many times I have yet to receive my couch Another Saturday waiting for something but no one arrived again. Really disappointed with the service offered by Rochester. I have no couch as we speak as I gave one away expecting delivery last week but another week.
The worst Internet service provider. They dont even attend to support calls when you log issues. They even block incoming calls. Pathetic service

I placed an order on pick n Pay ASAP a d they delivered wrong items in October. They offered to pick up the incorrect items and process a refund. The items were picked up on the 20th of October and I have yet to receive my refund or credit wallet. I called their call centre on Wednesday 16 November to follow up on my refund and they promised to process it and nothing has been done since then. I have been following up since October and no response on email. Pick n Pay ASAP is pathetic. Good day, I would like to follow up on my refund? The items were collected on the 21st of October and i have yet to receive my refund or credit on my ASAP wallet. This is totally unacceptable I called in on Tuesday and I was promised that the refund would be processed and still nothing. Good day, Yesterday I ordered a couch online priced at R12999 today when I went in-store to pay for the couch I was told that it is actually R29999. I find this unacceptable because when you make a purchase online the prices should be correct. Other businesses would try to meet a customer halfway to sort out the issue as the error is on the business's side. They mislead customers and that is not fair. I drove to their shop for nothing really disappointing. They could have offered me the couch as per their website. I reconnected my DSTV services last week and I had to pay way more than required and my services were disconnected 1 day after the payment. I had to call the call centre to fix this and 7 days later my services are reconnected again. I am receiving no joy. Billing is also incorrect I keep on getting billed for 2 DSTV premium services while I only have one subscription. Yesterday my account was debited but there was a payment made last week to reconnect my services. The call center agents are also not clued up to resolve any queries.
Reckless lending and negligent lending to a pensioner. My mother was granted credit for over R22000 on a pension of R3000. How is it possible to grant a pensioner credit to begin with. The agent at pick n pay deceived my mother by claiming that she would get monthly rewards on the RCS card because she is a pensioner. How do you expect a pensioner to make such decisions. What credit criteria did they use to grant a pensioner who is 74 years old credit. They expect her to pay R1992 a month. How will she pay for her household expenses. I have referred the matter to the National Credit Regulator and I have not received any feedback.
I have experiencing billing issues with EMS from January this year. You call the call centre and are kept on hold for over 50 minutes. I have asked them to resolve the queries and have not received any assistance to date. When they run their month end processes money that is on the account disappears and never gets refunded. The call centre agents are not even helpful at all. I have not received my refunds to date and no one has even called or assisted in resolving my complaints. When you log queries via email they are resolved without contacting clients and resolving the matters. This month alone I was billed R1600 for sewerage and water which is impossible.
Good day, I 2 bought shirts on Superbalist and now they are refusing to replace or refund me because they claim that the garments are not in good condition. I did not even wear the shirt because they are too small on my bust and I cannot even button them. They even say that the clothes were sprayed with perfume and I do not use perfume due to sinus issues. When you purchase items they claim to have a good return policy but when they have to practise that they do not do it. I don't have money to waste on clothes that do not fit. I sent them an email with the items they would replace the order with as they requested. It now the 17th of January and I have yet to receive those items. I called their call centre but all my effort have been unfruitful I even emailed the people I was communicating with but they haven't even bothered to respond back. Their service is so pathetic I paid for my order but I have to run after them over a month later...</p>
