Inoperable lifts, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I am writing to express concern about the non-functional lifts at the hospital. Despite the excellent service from doctors and nurses, the lift issue significantly impacts accessibility and care.

With lifts out of order for months, patients with mobility issues face challenges:

1. Accessibility barriers for wheelchair-bound or bedridden children 2. Difficulty transporting patients to radiology, theatre, ICU, or other departments 3. Increased strain on staff and patients' families

I urge the hospital to prioritize lift repairs to ensure equitable access to care.
