Horrible bookkeeping and incompetency

I have reasons to believe that the finance ladies in Reddam House Umhlanga are doing ******** things. They do not keep proper records of funds paid, they do not update the accounts and always try to make parents seem like they need to pay more money.

It is impossible to get hold of them telephonically. The reception will tell you to hold then they drop the call. They frustrate parents to the core with their mismanagement
