I write to formally request verification and credit of an outstanding school fee payment in the amount of R4,850, which to date has not been allocated correctly. For clarity, I have made monthly payments toward the school fees in excess of the requirements set out in the divorce decree. Each payment was consistently copied to Allison, Pat, Nashania, Zainab, Bernet, and the Waterfall accounts via email. Despite this, both the school and the divorcee, who controls the main account, repeatedly declined to verify these payments on a monthly basis. I was advised that the annual school fees had been paid in full by the divorcee. However, this included discounts app**** on the basis that I would reimburse my portion monthly to.the school , which I did. As a result, a short-paid credit of R4,850, paid by me to Bernet, remains unallocated and uncredited to date. I have since furnished the school with full proof of all monthly payments made. Despite repeated requests over several years, I have not received any fee report, reconciliation statement, progress card, or academic report from the mother, the school, or the child. Requests for such reports have consistently gone unanswered. Responses are typically received only when payment is required, not when verification or reporting is requested. I therefore formally request that: The payment of R4,850 be verified, The amount be credited to the divorcee’s account without further delay, and Copies of the relevant payment allocation report and academic/progress reports be provided for my records. Your urgent attention to resolving this matter would be appreciated.

I have reasons to believe that the finance ladies in Reddam House Umhlanga are doing ******** things. They do not keep proper records of funds paid, they do not update the accounts and always try to make parents seem like they need to pay more money. It is impossible to get hold of them telephonically. The reception will tell you to hold then they drop the call. They frustrate parents to the core with their mismanagement

Reddam House Atlantic Seaboard involved themselves in a personal family matter which became legal and when I sent them an email saying they would need my permission to re enroll my daughter after my ex husband had cut off contact with me, instead of responding to me they forwarded my emails to my ex husband. I found this bizarre as Reddam House Helderfontein had refused to give me a report regarding my daughter's father's reasons for removing her from there without my permission siting the POPI Act. Yet Reddam ASB had no issues forwarding my personal emails to my ex husband which he then used to suspend my parental rights saying I was interfering in her education and falsely accusing me of abuse and addiction and sever mental illness. ASB was aware that my ex husband and myself were in a highly acrimonious and abusive relationship and I repeatedly complained that they were racist as they behaved as if my ex husband was the sole guardian of my daughter as well as believing his abusive campaign to tarnish my name and reputation. I thought I would give The Inspired Group which is the holding company of the schools, a chance to explain themselves to me. They did not respond, and to date I have no idea what is happening with my daughters schooling, get no communication from them as if I am dead. I have heard nothing from the groups CEO and nothing from the school itself. This is a violation of my human rights, my parenting rights, my privacy rights, and my right to be a part of my daughters final schooling years. They have violated my privacy and directly contributed towards the further breakdown of my relationship with my daughter, as well as participating in the blatant abuse of the justice system, as well as enabling an abusive man by providing him with ammunition to bully and threaten me into giving up my parental rights. Schools are supposed to remain neutral unless called to testify which they were not. They should not be contributing towards the cycle of abuse.

Reddam College Waterfall - avoid it at all costs. Poor quality of teachers (some unqualified for the job) and education. Little to no care for the students. Very expensive . Promises made on registration not kept. Such a disapppointment.

Dear Sir

I have paid the school fees in full, I did pay a few months late, but I paid in full. Now the school refuses to handover the students matric certificate saying I must contact the lawyers in Cape Town.

Every month I was receiving a statement from the school and I made payment into the school account. After

the final payment was made, and when I requested the matric certificate then they ask me to contact

VAN RENSBURG & CO on ********** . After I contacted a lady she sent me an account for R27 000.00 for interest and telephone calls and emails , sheriff etc, whereas no one contacted us, only the school send me statements. Please advise if it is legal for them to charge interest on interest and for telephone call that we never received. I requested proof

of whatever they are charging me for, they did not send it. We approached the principal, who said she will

sort it out with the CFO, who never got back to us. When my husband approached the school, they will not assist or see him but emails that the lawyer is holding the matric certificate. please advise as we are getting desperate to sort this out.
