This is the biggest scam. Please remove my account from your books. You have been leeching off my money for years and doing absolutely nothing in return. These guys should be arrested. This is predatory practice at its worst

Thank you to Hellopeter who saved me great stress from these sharks, who sold "cheap data", with lots of add-ons monthly, stealing my money. They sold a service that produced nothing. Was a nightmare to get rid of them, to the point that I wanted to close my bank account.

Do not use this company, it is a scam. They will charge you monthly and you will never receive the service and when you call to enquire they jut cancel your contract. Terrible service from a company that feels like a scam!!

I was contacted for a 2Gig contract for only R89 per month. The money was deducted from my account, on 1 December, but still I did not receive the Data. Every day when I phone I either get told that is is still pending or that the request is being logged to the Technical department. It has been 4 days now already and all my normal airtime has been used up with data in the mean time. I am very unhappy. They are quick to take my money, but the service is not being delivered.

I have sent numerous request to REDDATA to stop deducting money off my account for something i have now cancelled numerous times and not even getting the data they "claming" to be giving you. REDDATA is a bunch of criminals.

If I could give zero stars I would! Someone phoned me on 11 September to offer a Reddata package to me. At first I did not want anything to do with it as I am SICK of Vodacom and all its extra bull that they are trying to force people into. The consultant assured me that it is not a contract and I don't need a contract to have Reddata. After he convinced me that it wont be as ridiculous as all the other things I've tried with Vodacom, he asked me for my banking details. I did not want to give it to him because Vodacom was supposed to have all my details as I used to have a contract with them. He called a supervisor for me to speak to and give me some assurance and explain that it is a different company - Well I can tell you now this "company" is just as pathetic as Vodacom!!!! In the beginning of the month I asked for assistance on how to activate this Reddata ****, because the money was deducted. Then I just received and SMS to say that it has been cancelled because I don't have a Vodacom contract. Now I ask you.... What The Hell?!/! Why did they deduct my money then???? I phoned Vodacom yesterday 07:30 and they transferred me to Reddata... The consultant there said that because I don't have a contract, I cant apply for it. They were not supposed to deduct the money, he will place a query and they will phone me back in the next 24 hours.... I'm still waiting... So I phoned Vodacom again today and asked to transfer me to Reddata and all of the sudden they cant do that and I have to phone myself. So I went on the emails I received from Reddata to get customer care's number and phoned myself... wasting my own time and money once again! Just for the consultant to tell me that she is offline and cant assist me!!!!
