Complaint Regarding Telkom Branches at Riverside Mall and Mr. Makgosi Mabuyane at I’langa Mall Branch I wish to lodge a complaint against Telkom regarding two separate incidents at their Riverside Mall branch and with Mr. Makgosi Mabuyane at the I’langa Mall branch. I held two accounts with Telkom, one for my cellphone and another for WiFi services. The WiFi account expired two months ago, yet Telkom continued to deduct monthly fees. In response, I visited the Riverside branch to physically terminate this contract. The representative assured me that the cancellation was processed, and I wouldn't be charged further. However, recently, my cellphone number was suspended due to alleged nonpayment. According to the statement provided (attached), the last payment was received on February 29th, and today's date is March 23rd, 2024. This indicates that I was still covered for the month of March, as the debit order for this cellphone contract would have been processed at the end of March. Therefore, I question why my number was suspended prematurely. Seeking clarification, I visited the I’langa Mall branch to inquire about the situation. Mr. Makgosi Mabuyane, the attendant, displayed rudeness and reluctance to assist. He claimed that the contract was not cancelled at the other branch and redirected us to resolve the issue there. When requested to contact the Nelspruit branch, he falsely stated they lacked telephones—a baffling claim for a cellphone shop. Considering that my WiFi account had already expired, the continued deductions are unjustifiable. I demand reimbur*****t for these months and written confirmation of the account's cancellation. I suspect an error occurred at the Riverside Mall branch where the debit order was terminated instead of the contract. This needs immediate rectification. Furthermore, I insist that my cellphone contract be reinstated, as I've now made the full payment despite not utilizing the Wifi service.
Last week Friday, I tried to cancel my Beamie device with Mix Telematics. The customer care lines for both companies only rang, so I left my name and number as they requested. I then immediately also sent an email stating that I sold my vehicle and don't need the device anymore. No-one responded to call or email. It has been a week now - and still, the lines for customer care is useless!! I even tried the option for when your vehicle got stolen... and no answer... I phoned one of their smaller branches and they supplied a number that goes to H/O reception directly. The person at reception also did not have any answers for me. Only took my number and promised that she will get someone to phone me back. My debit order went off now, so I am paying for something that I am not using anymore. I want my money back and this thing canceled! Otherwise I will make sure everyone I know, will never sign up with Mix Telematics or Beamie
I absolutely LOVE the Pizza Pies I would just like to be able to add extra toppings like with the pizzas.
On Sunday 18/10/2020, we were on a trip from Ermelo to Nelspruit. We went to the KFC drive-through in Carolina. We wanted to buy the 6 piece family treat from the menu that was given outside. When we placed our order, the lady that is taking the orders, Phindile, answered like she really does not want to be there. We asked for the 6 piece and she told us they only have 8 piece... this was impossible for us to understand, because how can you give 8 pieces, but not 6? We asked her how it works and she ignored us, just stayed quiet for more than a minute. When she finally answered, she was very rude and just repeated that they don't have 6 pieces... So we ordered the 8 pieces... just to find out that they only have coal slaw and mash as a side. Why do they advertise products that they don't have? The point of a drive-through is to decide before you place the order. If you already decided on a meal, you cant just change your mind on the spot. They also get so annoyed with you when you don't have your order ready for them. I would like Phindile from KFC Carolina, Mpumalanga, South-Africa to get some training in customer service. She does not deserve this job and there is a lot of South-Africans that would appreciate this job and the salary and treat customers the way they are supposed to be treated.
Been coming here for years, always a great experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. South Africa is still on lockdown and I was sure I wont be able to get my contact lenses. I took a chance to email them, not even really expecting a response and they responded that same night! They also phoned me this morning to let me know that they are not officially open yet, but will be on Friday and they will keep my lenses for me. I am so impressed.
Dr Rene was so helpful and friendly. Made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. His treatment really helped. I will recommend him to anyone.
Definitely the best restaurant in Nelspruit for any occasion.
My boyfriend and I was standing in front of the queue at Burger King in Nelspruit. The staff totally ignored us. After 5 minutes one of the staff members came to stand at one of the other tills and helped someone that came in after us. The other staff members just stood around while there was 3 other tills open. Needles to say we went to Chicken Licken instead...
If I could give zero stars I would! Someone phoned me on 11 September to offer a Reddata package to me. At first I did not want anything to do with it as I am SICK of Vodacom and all its extra bull that they are trying to force people into. The consultant assured me that it is not a contract and I don't need a contract to have Reddata. After he convinced me that it wont be as ridiculous as all the other things I've tried with Vodacom, he asked me for my banking details. I did not want to give it to him because Vodacom was supposed to have all my details as I used to have a contract with them. He called a supervisor for me to speak to and give me some assurance and explain that it is a different company - Well I can tell you now this "company" is just as pathetic as Vodacom!!!! In the beginning of the month I asked for assistance on how to activate this Reddata ****, because the money was deducted. Then I just received and SMS to say that it has been cancelled because I don't have a Vodacom contract. Now I ask you.... What The Hell?!/! Why did they deduct my money then???? I phoned Vodacom yesterday 07:30 and they transferred me to Reddata... The consultant there said that because I don't have a contract, I cant apply for it. They were not supposed to deduct the money, he will place a query and they will phone me back in the next 24 hours.... I'm still waiting... So I phoned Vodacom again today and asked to transfer me to Reddata and all of the sudden they cant do that and I have to phone myself. So I went on the emails I received from Reddata to get customer care's number and phoned myself... wasting my own time and money once again! Just for the consultant to tell me that she is offline and cant assist me!!!!
