On May 26 I was booked at Regal Inn for 1 night, I checked in at the reception and I was given my room keys.
I needed a plate to put my take away food so I went to the kitchen to request for a plate, to my surprise I was told that they do not have plates, they can only give me a paper plate.
I was so astonished and in disblief because I thought Regal Inn is a Hotel.
The following day I went to the swimming pool, a lady who was the Manager came to me and told me that I am not allowed to use the swimming pool.
I wish to bring to your attention that there was no sign that the swimming pool is closed, the gate to the swimming area was not locked to restrict the gates from entering the swimming area.
I hereby request Helo Peter to assist me in handling this matter so that the guests can be treated with decency
