12+ Years as a Loyal Client with 25+ Services Ignored Over Fair Credit

I have been a loyal client for 12 years with over 25 active services. Register Domain SA is currently refusing a pro-rata credit for cancelled services. I believe this is a breach of the "fair reasonableness" expected of service providers. Despite my attempts to resolve this directly, the company remains unwilling to assist.
