I have been a loyal client for 12 years with over 25 active services. Register Domain SA is currently refusing a pro-rata credit for cancelled services. I believe this is a breach of the "fair reasonableness" expected of service providers. Despite my attempts to resolve this directly, the company remains unwilling to assist. I would appreciate your intervention in this matter.

I have bad service from Mmamikie, she does not respond to emails or respond to phone calls. I have had bad experience previously with her and this type of service still continues. Can i assisted regarding this
The bank has frozen my account, after multiple calls and emails the bank is not communicating with me or replying to my multiple emails.
I took my car for wheel alignment in Hi-Q Centurion, the car came out with the steering still out of alignment. Took the car back immediately “within 5 minutes”. The sales person took me to Gett who did the alignment, I explained the problem to Gert, when i was explaining Gert was grumpy and frequently spoke loudly telling me he is in a rush to do his job. I told him i was explaining, and it might not make sense because I don’t have experience with explaining the problem. He continued speaking loudly and i told him to stop thats when he banged my door and went in the shop. I followed him where he was now speaking with Fannie, Fannie didn’t even ask what happened, he also spoke loudly to me, telling me i skipped the line, i told him I didn’t and he started saying that im being loud in his shop. I told him since my problem is not sorted and he is giving me bad service he should refund me. He told me he wont and that i should get out of his shop. I left the shop, my money is used in the shop and my car is not in alignment. Such bad service and lack of professionalism, team workers supporting their colleagues without understanding the problem or giving a client the courtesy to explain their challenge. I would not recommend anyone i know to go spend their money here, the arrogance is so distasteful
Our internet stopped working on the 15th, i called rain on the 18th to check whats wrong. The support team sounded like they didn’t what they were talking about. I explained this to them, we cant pickup the router on multiple devices (we tested this together and i sent them pictures that they requested), this proved that the router is faulty. They told me the sim card is faulty, I tested the sim card on another rain device and it was working. Some of the technicians promise to call back with feedback but they never do, I am still waiting for the sim card as we speak. The service is poor and their technical/support team don’t know how to solve problems
I opened an account around the 6th of Feb online, submitted the documents on the 8th. Account still hasn’t been finalised, i called around 12th to follow up and they say my documents have been received they will escalate, called around the 16th they say the same thing. Called on the 18th they say supervisor will get back to me. I received an sms to say i need to update my tax details, i called the relevant department which said i will receive an email. This email has never came through. I am told there are 2 holds on the account, one is for the above the other I don’t know. The agents seem like they are trying to help but the they fail on giving the reason and giving back feedback. I have king ask them to help me or close this account as it shows on my personal profile, shows but doesn’t work
My Business Account has been placed on hold for a few days now, i have called almost all business departments, Business and fraud. They say the account is held by Business risk, the number for this risk department doesn’t work. I have also went to the branch and we couldn’t get through to that number. I need to know whats going on, i am expecting payments and i will need to pay suppliers.
I delivered parcels on Thursday 22nd of November, these parcels where supposed to arrive latest Tuesday the 27th. I have made follow ups and their team is not sure on whats going on, they keep coming up with excuses. I spent over R8,000 rands on these deliveries which were supposed to have been received by my client. Today some of my parcels that are supposed to be in Bloemfontein are still in Port Elizabeth. Meaning it can take another couple of days before they are delivered, this has been bad for my business reputation and my client is taking 5% from my invoice a day because of this.
I deposited money to my fnb loan account to try and reduce the monthly payment or installments. This was on the 6th of June, i assumed the amount will be automatically added to the loan and the loan amount would be reduced. This didnt happen so i called the loan department and the consultant didn't give me a clear explanation, they further told me that i could be refunded the money which i kindly opted for. On the 4rth of a request was sent to refund me and i was told this would take 3-5 working days, come after those days no more from Fnb. I made a follow up call on the 14th of July and i was told my details has been forwarded to admin and i would be refunded withing 24 hours, that didn't happen. I made another follow up on the 21st they told me the same 24hours story but still i haven't been refunded. I asked the consultant whats the reason for the delay and they didn't have a reason all they told me was admin is the one in charge, i asked for the contsct details for admin and they said admin only has an email. If a debit order went off my acc and i didnt pay fnb would put interest on their monies yet they are holding my money and making profit of it. I don't think this a good way of doing business especially from a bank that know hows important money is. I have spent more that R400 contacting the FNB call centre wich hasn't been fruitful, in essence they owe me momey and im incurring expenses because of them. Come the 29th and i dont have my money i will be changing banks and not paying the stupid loan. Enough is enough.
