Good morning On the 25th of July I bought Reitzers Aqueous Cream with Ultra potent Tissue Skincare Oil. Been using it since I bought it. To my experience it doesn't moisture my skin instead I get ashy itchy skin and it never gave out what's written on the Container and no enhanced skin whatsoever. Really Really not happy with your skin care Products

Salex burns like hell and gives me a headache.
Reitzer sells a "Salex Sinus Rinse at Dischem and other outlets in South Africa. I have been using a rinse of 1 teas**** (prescribed by an ENT specialist 30 years ago of a combination of salt, bicarbonate of soda, and sugar every morning with great results. In SA I bought this, thinking it was similar. NO! Stay away. There is no salt in it and no sugar. Many unknown funny stuff and preservatives. It burns my nose like hell. They say it is good for children! I just chucked a whole packet of about R200 into the waste bin! Wow, poor kids!

What is the point of having email addresses and contact form when you don't respond to them. My business needs to buy from Reitzer as they are the only ones that make this bulk product, but no one gets back to me, how can a business be managed this way.

What is the point of having email addresses and contact form when you don't respond to them. My business needs to buy from Reitzer as they are the only ones that make this bulk product, but no one gets back to me, how can a business be managed this way.

Impressed by the speed of service and attendance to my query
On the 30th of January 2020 my son had a very bad allergy reaction to their product, a moisturiser. And immediately after attending to him I then took photos and sent them an email to notify them of the allergy reaction to the product. The very same morning I got a call from Nathan from marketing, he acknowledged my query and apologised for the health scare and acknowledged that my son is probably allergic to one of the ingredients and assured that the product is endorsed by the allergy foundation about its safety. He then recommended and sent me a few different products to try with my son and we tested, they are working for him. I was happy and impressed by how my query was attended with the urgency I felt it required. So thank you
