In May 2021 I have cancelled my Medical Aid with Discovery, it is now October 2022. In May 2021 I fully paid my outstanding money with Discovery Health, Discovery now claims that I owe them over 13K, How is this possible, and how dodgy can a company be o trying to steal or rob a person of something that does not exist anymore
I Have been with Webafrica for many years, but they are now getting useless, there is no way to contact them telephonically, and they are not answering the client on the whattsapp service, I had to send them a support email on my phone as there is no other way to try and resolve communication, it is funny that a Internet company knows very little on how to communicate effectively. I run a huge company but without internet I am *****ed hopefully Webafrica will get back to me today, or tomorrow, or next week or never.
You make an arrangement with MFC on Monday, on Tuesday the call again blaming and shaming that no commitment is made, you tell them again the same arrangement, Wednesday comes again blaming and shaming you that no commitment is made, you tel them same arrangement as you did on Monday and now Tuesday, and Thursday comes and the same process repeats day after day, good God how persistent and useless can a cal centre be, I have never came across this form of harassment, AVOID MFC AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN
Rain is very quick to take your R299.00 for a data package, but when you try to load rice requirements the online platform does not work. We bought a sim card but impossible to get Rica sorted, so frustrating.
Instead of Nedbank Contacting me to reslove the matter of Credit Card acoounts personally to make an arrangement, after I have been 100% Compliant with their requests, they still handed me over to Trevor Jaggard Attorneys, Nedbank is certainly one of the many unethical sound companies in this country, no wonder why SA is struggling. Deal our businesss with each other and leave the attorneys out of it, now I am liable to extra costs because of Nedbank's ignorance. PEOPLE AVOID NEDBANK AT ALL COSTS
This company does not allow you to remove services in there customer zone, then it tells you to contact the call centre, but when you do you wait ages to get help, then they transfer you and then you get cut off or when you finally get through they dont do what you ask them to do, a few yesr ago they were good but now 1-grid in USELESS
As always these guys are on top of there game, if only other companies can follow their awesome service delivery.
After Nedbank Credit Cards phoning me on a daily basis, where I was 100% compliant and where I told them that I was unemployed, we have made a verbal agreement on their lines which they record and I keep to, they still decided to hand me over to a Trevor Jaggard Attorneys for collections. Nice going guys
It is impossible to handle my father's Credit Card account with these legal people at GL Inc, their lines are terrible I can't hear a word they are saying and I am trying desperately to resolve the matter.
I have requested that the information on the Merchant and client slips be changed fro Mojo Spices to Mojo Lifestyle, below the feedback from Mustaqeem that this was done on the 24th of January, yet when this was tested today it still reads Mojo Spices on both slips, thus means that request has not been completed as stated by Mustaqeem. Can this be rectified ASAP Please, I have done the updates on the machine after this apparently not completed task. Good day Your request has been completed Kind regards Mustaqeem
