I had a fantastic experience purchasing a TV at Hi-Fi Corp in Trade route Mall, thanks to Lukhanyo’s excellent service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions even when I changed my mind about which TV to get he still helped and continued being patient and professional. He made the shopping experience memorable with his excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back to buy more appliances. Highly recommended this branch and the entire staff is actual friendly and efficient .
I was shopping for a building and car insurance quotes Thato assisted me through out the call I wasn't made to feel like I was on a sales call. Even though I couldn't get want I needed in terms of the premium for the car but his customer service was excellent

In all honesty they deserve a zero rating I have been waiting for my delivery for 2 weeks yet this was supposed to be a 2days service and when I call to do follow up their call center sends me from pillar to post only to be told my parcel is sitting at undeliverable centre in Sandton. No contact available and no one to take accountability for your parcel. Next time a business uses Aramex for delivery I will not do my shopping with them.
On the 30th of January 2020 my son had a very bad allergy reaction to their product, a moisturiser. And immediately after attending to him I then took photos and sent them an email to notify them of the allergy reaction to the product. The very same morning I got a call from Nathan from marketing, he acknowledged my query and apologised for the health scare and acknowledged that my son is probably allergic to one of the ingredients and assured that the product is endorsed by the allergy foundation about its safety. He then recommended and sent me a few different products to try with my son and we tested, they are working for him. I was happy and impressed by how my query was attended with the urgency I felt it required. So thank you
In September 2017 I uploaded my daddy's deal voucher redeeming my 2 photo books order from Pix24 which was suppose to take 21 days to be delivered when I started doing follow ups about delivery in October first I was told that they had their servers had crashed so they having backlog I should expect my order end of November and November came and left no delivery . I then called call back only to be told we apologise for the delay and was told the week of the 22 of December they will send it through I waited and again NO DELIVERY . I then called back more apologies came and was promised that on the week of school openings January 2018 I will receive my order. The week came and gone then again today I called them again guess what their server crashed 2 weeks back so they lost everything and I have to re submit everything which have to redesign everything on their not so friendly website before I can receive my order. This is really frustrating and disgusting for a company not to give a damn about it's clientele had I not called how was I going to know that they LOST my order. IAM TIRED OF APOLOGIES AND EMPTY PROMISES I WANT MY ORDER THEN NEVER AGAIN WILL I REQUEST THEIR SERVICES . They giving Daddy's deal a bad name . very disgruntled customer who is tired of "apologies" and empty promises. True inconvenience for a service that I paid for
